Your ticket also includes access to the Duomo Terraces *(ONLY IF YOU PURCHASED THE DUOMO ROOFTOP OPTION)*, a must-see highlight offering panoramic views of Milan and an up-close look at the cathedral’s stunning architecture. After the guided tour inside the cathedral concludes, you’ll be free to head up to the terraces on your own. The visit is self-guided, and you’re welcome to stay as long as you like to fully enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

2.00I guess there was a change to my tour but neither the emails or app told me what the change was. It turned out it was the time and I never received what the new time was so I missed my tour. I happened to run into the tour guide and her colleague who were able to get me a ticket to go inside the Duomo and on the roof. But I didn't have the tour which I was looking forward to and paid for.

2.00Spectacular building, unfortunately 50% of the exterior was not visible because of undergoing renovations. Viator should make this known to their clients and reduce the price since you don't get full experience. Barbara was a knowledgeable tour guide, but only a 45 minute talking tour for 1 hour 45 minutes experience.

5.00The 1 hr 45 min tour was the perfect amount of time for my family of 4 with two teenagers. Fast enough to keep our attention but provided enough details that we all learned a lot. Fadia was a lovely tour guide, very engaging and knowledgeable. We bought the ticket with rooftop access which was worth the views and seeing more of the beautiful architecture of the spires closer.
