5.00This tour was a great experience for our group of four. Our captain and his First Mate were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is a trip you should take as it gives you the cave formations but you get a look at so much of the Algarve coastline. It is beautiful.

5.00This trip was absolutely amazing. Fabio and Diana could not have been more helpful throughout. We visited Vilamoura just after an accident in the Benagil caves which involved a boat capsizing. Fabio contacted our group prior to our booking and explained that our booking would need to be moved, as it was not currently safe to go to the caves. They were accommodating in rebooking our trip and offered a refund if we were not able to/were not comfortable rebooking. On the trip itself they spent time explaining what we were looking at, allowing us to take photos and ask questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and clearly cared greatly for the environment and wildlife around us. The groups safety was their top priority and Fabio explained why it was unsafe to enter some of the caves. We had my elderly grandmother with us on the trip, who uses a wheelchair as a mobility aid. Diana was amazing with her, assisting her onto and off the boat and making sure the wheelchair was secure whilst we were on the trip. Our journey back was extremely choppy due to a sudden, unexpected change in weather. Fabio navigated the boat expertly and Diana stood on the side of the boat supporting my grandmother the entire journey. I could not recommend them enough! Thank you so much to you both :)
