Brunello Cooking Class with Chef Alexandra - Cooking class with a view in the morning, followed by Lunch pairing with Brunello wines!
With the guidance of our chef Alexandra, you will learn to make classic Tuscan dishes using the finest local delicacies, after which you will enjoy a private tour of the vineyards and the XV century castle that’s been in the family for 17 generations.
Enjoy the lunch you prepared yourself on our panoramic terrace overlooking the rolling hills of Montalcino wine country. Each dish will be expertly paired with our own wine production.

You can ask to be picked up at your accommodation in Siena or Florence provinces. Please contact our staff for a separate quotation ( transportation is not included in the price ) Your private chef is ready to show you how we Tuscans get down with food. And after your hard work in the panoramic outdoor kitchen overlooking the rolling vineyard hills, you deserve a private wine tasting, along with a tour of the 13th-century Tuscan castle that now hosts the famous Tricerchi wine cellar. 5.00Fantastic! Excellent experience, great food, so much fun in the kitchen. Highly recommend this experience. Fabulous wine and tour with great instruction. Chef Cat is an American/ Italian and makes the experience special and accessible. We made local garlic tomato sauce, fresh pasta and tiramisu. Highly recommend for travelers loving food and wine!

5.00We had a great time at this cooking experience. We were greeted by Alice who gave us an informative tour of the castle and the winery. She was so kind and interested in sharing as well as answering any of our questions. The cooking part of our day was great. Yummy wine and fun Italian music was the perfect start to our lesson with Cat. We worked together with another family to create two kinds of pasta as well as tiramisu. While making, rolling and cutting our pasta, we were treated to a beautiful view out of the windows. After we completed our pasta, we sat down together to a lovely lunch (feeling proud to have made it ourselves) with more delicious wine. It was a fantastic way to immerse ourselves in the Tuscan life! Thank you for a fun day for our group.

5.00Mateo made our cooking experience very special. Lobation and view was awesome and Mateo was very patient and informed with our lessons. Along with cooking and later eating experience he also informed and made us taste different wines from region. We did cooking lesson with 7 years old and 13 years old and it was great to see how they enjoyed the whole cooking class and wine experience. Mateo made our pasta cooking class simple and memorable. My family loved fresh pasta and do not want to go back to store bought pastas. We did couple different types of pastas and sauces . Thank you Mateo for such a memorable experience
