This walking tour was like history, architecture and local culture, all blended into a discovery experience. I learned from the guide how the city has developed as a key transportation hub. Overall, it was an educational and engaging to see some main parts of the city of Ottawa.

Our group of four was in Ottawa on a business trip recently, and we opted for an outdoor activity to enhance the experience. We chose the Ottawa walking tour with Gems and Surprises, and we're so glad we did! The booking experience was smooth and pleasant, with excellent communication from the tour operator. We were fortunate to have Claudette as our guide, who truly brought history to life. She continuously checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable with the pace and having fun. Most of us had been to Ottawa before, but Claudette provided wonderful new insights that made the city feel fresh and exciting. Her storytelling and knowledge made the tour unforgettable.
