5.00Dirk was engaging, gregarious, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He kept up a steady stream of historical information that was presented in a very manner. He was very helpful with tips on dining and attractions. He was VERY patient with laggards who seemed to forget that they were on an excursion with other people and that adherence to a timeline was crucial. Dirk remained jovial through it all. I would recommend this tour in general and Dirk in particular to anyone planning on visiting Niagara Falls.

5.00Great experience. Everything was amazing, Dirk was a great guide and full of facts and Information. If you don't want the hassles of standing in line, figuring out transportation or pay for parking everywhere them this is what you want. Had e very good time.

5.00It was amazing the tour guide was easy going and it was very easy to find areas. The stories that the guide told us had us at the edge of our seats and engaged us during the bus ride. I wasn’t confused at all during the tour because the instructions were very clear and precise.

5.00Dirk was pure joy from the minute he greeted us. He has so many fun stories to tell along the ride which made the actual trip very entertaining and fly by. He was kind to our children and engaged with each of them by name throughout the entire trip. It was my son's birthday today and he had the entire group sing to him! Dirk has grown up around here and has years of family history in the Niagara Falls area which added on to his stories and our experience. It felt like the "insiders view" that not everyone gets to see, which was very special to us. Dirk has years of bus driving experience and was able to navigate every traffic and parking headache with ease and no stress. This trip took away any need to think about logistics other following Dirk's lead. It was incredibly easy and worth every penny, as it was completely stress free and convenient to not have to drive and park you car or need to catch busses. My daughter was on crutches following an injury and this was also an ideal way to see all of the big sights without a ton of extra walking. The falls are beautiful and every experience revealed their beauty and splendor. But Dirk was the cherry on top for our family! He's a tremendous asset to the company and gift to any visitors looking for a kind, personable perspective on something that could feel very touristy. His gentleness, enthusiasm and wonderful stories were a joy for our family! I highly recommend this tour and can EASILY give Dirk five stars!

5.00Dirk did an amazing job and kept us entertained the entire time. I’m 12 and usually this stuff can be boring for me but Dirk kept me intrigued the whole tour with his funny stories and jokes. Even when the tour was over he recommended us places to go and places to eat.
