A winemaker and an agronomist passionate about their land. The owner will personally guide you through Erasmo Winery, a Marche vineyard nestled among the hills surrounding Ascoli Piceno. Once all the participants have gathered, the experience will begin outside with a panoramic visit to the vineyard: in this scenario the Guide will tell the story of the winery, opened with the desire to enhance and innovate the territory also thanks to the organic method used since the 1980s. Together with the Guide, you will then move inside on the occasion of the visit to the winery: exploration of the room dedicated to winemaking by deepening the processing of the grapes, until you reach the barrel where the wine rests during the aging process. The route will then lead you to the tasting room, where the sense of taste will also be satisfied. The producer will serve 3 glasses signed D'Erasmo Vini, expertly described and accompanied by dry baked goods such as taralli and breadsticks: Offida Pecorino DOCG, Marche Sangiovese IGT and Marche Rosato IGT. It will be an opportunity to toast in company, to this visit and to Marche!
