3.00Despite multiple emails over months confirming my slot and asking if credit cards was accepted, despite showing the email to her at the end of the ride (where she called him to tell him) I was asked to go find an ATM and get 390euro (but I did not have my physical debit to do so). Was told they no longer accept credit card. Scammy since I’d emailed and had asked and they didn’t confirm when I got in. Once we arrived, I was having a discussion with him on the cars speakerphone (while standing next to his wife who was the one who drove us). I told him I could send via PayPal and he relented. Once I sent he was not happy as I chose business (not friend) when sending and he said he’d have to pay more tax that way. I said that wasn’t my problem and told him he could take it out of his wife’s tip (50euro that we generously gave after this incident). The drive was great and super helpful. She was professional. It was the ending note that soured the experience. Future travelers: confirm payment method over email AND the minute they arrive at your door.

5.00We did this tour with Roberto. Afterwards he recommended a restaurant for dinner that only locals would know about. He makes the day a perfect experience. Roberto is helpful and an amusing companion.
