5.00We met Midori at the designated place and time and started our tour at the fish market. Very busy and we sampled delicious sea food. The next stop was at a small kiosk selling potato croquettes….delicious! Then we experienced something new, a Sasakamaboko, a white fish shaped like a bamboo leaf that we grilled ourselves. The texture and taste were very good. However, the highlight was the sushi lunch. The Chef was friendly and the sushi was the best we’ve had so far. While it was a rainy day in Sendai, we had a great foodie adventure. Thank you Midori!
