  We arrived at an absolutely stunning resort that has vineyards and olive groves. The property is beautifully manicured. The kitchen we cooked in is gorgeous . We were welcomed with a short tour of the property before the cooking started. We had two lovely women teaching us traditional Sicilian food and served the wine made on site. We chopped and diced and rolled bucatini pasta, stuffed vegetables and sardines and many other foods. We ate and drank for 3 plus hours , laughed and felt like we were invited to a Sunday dinner with family! We waddled out full and happy! Best part of our stay in this region of Sicily!! Highly recommended!!

  We booked the Sicilian cooking class, and the location is an absolute dream. From the very beginning – starting with the tour until the end – we were excellently accompanied by Greta. The chef Giovanna was very authentic, and it was simply incredibly fun to cook with her. The entire team is very friendly, and of course, the homemade food tasted excellent as well. We can definitely recommend the cooking class! Every cent is worth it!

  An all-round exceptional cooking class in a dreamlike atmosphere! The beautiful Baglio immediately impressed with its special charm and provided a beautiful typical Italian ambience for this experience. The course was designed with incredible attention to detail – from the selection of ingredients to the presentation of the dishes, everything was thoughtful and authentic. We would particularly like to highlight the cook and the presenter who has made the course very special with her passion, warmth, expertise and very attentive and courteous nature. We got a wonderful insight into Sicilian cuisine and were able to get to know many traditional recipes and prepare them ourselves. The selection of our own wines was excellent and perfectly rounded off the culinary experience. The tour of the Baglio was also a real highlight and enriched the overall experience once again. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good food, authentic cuisine and a special atmosphere!

  We joined the cooking class here and it was a truly wonderful experience. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared – from the warm welcome with Prosecco, wine, and a gift bag, to the aprons we got to keep. We cooked for about four hours, preparing everything fresh, and there was so much delicious food to enjoy. She showed us every step and made the class fun and authentic. We also had the chance to explore the hotel and even the wine cellar, which was a special highlight. Overall, it was an unforgettable day, and we can highly recommend this cooking class to everyone.   This cooking class was the highlight of my Sicily trip. I highly recommend it to any visitor to Sicily, even if cooking is not your thing. We learned so much about the area and history from the guide and translator, Guido, and topped it off with fabulous Sicilian dishes including wine from the estate. Giovanna showed us, then allowed us, to make the pasta and subsequent Sicilian dishes. She made it so much fun, lots of laughter. I’m not sure if she’s a Nonna or not but it felt like we were in our Italian relatives kitchen. Liubia (sp?) was there to help. All were so kind to us. Worth every penny and travel time to drive there. The small estate is beautiful. I know they offer picnics in the vineyard and wine tastings too. The cooking class is offered for 2-6 people so the class is intimate (a plus). Their specialty, besides wines, is Spat Stays, events, and weddings. I can see us coming back here on our next Sicily trip.

  An exceptional moment of very high quality. A true typical Sicilian cook who won us over with her professionalism her kindness and generosity. All the staff are around us to translate us into all languages!!! We can understand each other very well. To do without hesitation Thank you again.

  Excellent friendly host and chef and my guide guido was excellent, cooking instructions are clear easy to follow and try , all questions answered , and nice tour of the facilities, alot of info on the region and products provided also , overall very warm hospitality.
