Our guide, Piero, was funny and extremely informative. It was a brutally hot day, but I’m glad we did the tour.

The towns of Brugge and Gent were pretty, but the tour itself was lacking. It felt like more of a bus ride and a few tidbits about the history. Also, we booked an English tour and half of the group was not, so the e guide kept going back and forth between languages. Which was disappointing.

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide and driver. Adrian and Ervay both were professional, punctual, and friendly throughout the trip. Our guide was knowledgeable and made every destination interesting with insightful information, while our driver ensured a safe and comfortable journey. Their teamwork, attention to detail, and dedication made our trip truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

They took us to the must see places in this wonderful and beautiful medieval town. The bus is located near hotels, guides there at starting point we're gentle and punctual. DONT BE LATE. Then. During the way Arianne was explaining us historical and touristic relevant information about Belgium, Bruxelles, Gante and Brugges. This is a cheap tour for the activity. Well recommended! I'll do it again with them.

Our guide Juliana and our driver Pascal were great. They were punctual and attentive. The only downside for me was that we didn't have enough time between the walking tour and the boat tour in Bruges to have lunch and walk around.

This is a big bus tour so mentally prepare yourself to feel like herded cattle. Our guide was flawless in his bilingual English and Spanish tour narration. However the tour description made it read like this was an English-only tour which is sneaky. Your was fine it was the rowdy Spanish tour contingent who by the end of the day degraded into a rowdy obnoxious crowd. Imagine being on a boat tour through the canals of scenic Bruge with a boat of 50 year old men shouting “MÁS CERVEZA”. It’s like they never get out, so pathetic. It ruined the vibe of this “fairytale” tour.

The pictures simply do not this justice. Initially I wanted to see only Bruges because of its reputation for artisanal chocolate, but as I scoured the tours this one stood out the most because of its stop in Ghent. If you have limited time in Brussels, this is THE tour to take you to these two charming cities. The tour is well organized, transportation is provided (a huge plus!) and the tour guides were a wealth of information about the history of the sites, just amazing! It’s a full day - be prepared for lots of walking and oh-wow moments. I give this tour my highest recommendations!!!
