What To Expect
Once a passenger has booked a journey from London hotel or address to Southampton Cruise port, , we send a confirmation email with full pickup details. On the day of departure, our driver will arrive to selected hotel or address and transport the passengers safely to Southampton Port

Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
For address pickups, free waiting time is 15 mins; for train stations, 30 mins. If delayed beyond this, waiting charges apply: £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
