We will visit the village of Hautvillers and its abbey where Dom Pérignon created revolutionary techniques in the production of champagne.
Ay-Champagne
You will then awaken all your senses to learn everything about champagne when you visit the interactive Pressoria museum in Ay-Champagne.

5.00This guided tour of the Champagne region was a fantastic day for my spouse and me. We were picked up on time at our lodgings in Reims by Paolo, the driver/guide for the day. He is very knowledgeable about the region and the champagne production process. There was a nice mix of history, museum, walking, scenic countrysides, production facilities and champagne tasting that it was impossible to be bored.
