1.00Well in advance, booked via Viator and worked itinerary directly with provider via WhatsApp. Last thing they told me was “no worries” two days before the tour. They canceled the morning of the tour with generic email and ghosted my follow up. I’ve booked a lot of tours and have never had anything this bad done before. Avoid them!

1.00The guide/driver that we had for Christchurch was more than 30 minutes late picking us up, then was the worst guide we ever had on any tour anywhere. Just wanted to dump us off in a line for a gondola and did not have tickets for us, just wanted to dump us off at museums. Provided zero information on the area other the most minimal facts. He was terrible. We should really get a refund for this "tour." It was absolutely the WORST we've ever had.
