We went on the Red Bus tour yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The company representative, Tiago, was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing excellent information throughout the tour. We would highly recommend both Tiago and the service. It is definitely a must-do when visiting Porto. Thank you especially to Tiago for making our experience so enjoyable!

A must to discover Porto because walking is a very tiring activity. It's mostly up and down. You can get off at stops you find interesting (see attached schedule) and get off every 20 minutes. Recommended is the tour offered as a combination. Gives a real impression about that district. Definitely worth it without commercial obligations. Get off at stop 2. You get free earpieces and can receive the information in all languages.

Baltazar was an outstanding guide and recommended places based on our personal interests. It is clear that he knows a lot and takes his time to explain everything. I recommend it 100%.

Baltazar was very kind and explained everything very well! You ask him about other things, and he explains everything to you and recommends places to visit as well.

Open-top bus tour with the option to get on and off whenever you want to visit nearby places. Included in the ticket is also a walking tour if desired (though I am not sure in which language it is offered) and a wine tasting. Returning to the tour, in Porto there are two lines: the Blue and the Red. The first extends to the side of the city across the river and reaches Gaia, while the first one circles the entire city of Porto, up to the waterfront on the ocean. Audio guide on board in 7 languages for both lines. The route of the red line lasts a couple of hours and, in my opinion, is the most beautiful and also has the best audio guide; the route of the blue line is not very interesting and indeed there are very few explanations. Overall nice, but nothing thrilling.

The service that I was sold does NOT reach the cruise port and the truck that does rejected my ticket, I had to buy two more tickets to be able to get around. I wasted time and money. Terrible service.

We went on Red Bus tour first , it lasts 1 hr 45 min. Between the speaker giving information about a place of interest , there is Fado music all the time - it is very depressing music , hard to listen to for so much of the journey . The bus tour on blue line is poor , little info about anything , everything closed ( Sunday) and most info about a big El Cortes Ingles store . Don’t waste your money .

Where to start. The audio was frequently out of sync. The stops within Porto or Gaia are a mystery. Over two days we took both the red route and blue route twice. Each days the stops changed. One day they would stop at one location, sometimes for 10-15 minutes, the next day they would not stop there at all. Craziest tour ride ever.
