  • Best day! Things to note:

My fam with teens had the best & most memorable day! The crew was awesome. But I want to share some considerations so people make their best decision for their group and these guys continue to get the fantastic ratings they deserve. We stopped to feed iguanas, hold nurse sharks, feed the hilarious pigs, had a nice local lunch, played on a submerged sandbar and snorkeled over a plane wreck. It’s a haul to get out to these places so there were minimal crowds, maybe just our boat of ~20 and another max at these spots. Thank you to Captain J, Alvin & Duran for being so helpful, cool to talk with and funny! It was great to hang with regular guys who aren’t cheesy tour guides you may see in some other vacation spots around the world. Now you need to be aware that the boat ride can be a lot. I’d say don’t bring small children or unadventurous grandparents. You’re on a speedboat going fast and far to get to these uncrowded beautiful spots and there is a ton of wind, waves, some slamming around, some spray, and if you don’t get a boat with a shade - sun. If anyone is prone to seasickness or isn’t at all athletic, leave them to enjoy themselves doing something else. The guys are great at keeping everyone hydrated. But if you’re at all squeamish about intense boating this isn’t for you. Otherwise - it’s a fun adventure you’ll talk about for a long time! Thank you for the most fun day we’ve had on this trip and this summer so far! You guys are great!

We took family of 5 on full day tour. The guides were phenomenal with Keshawn, Diego and Lex. We did the long tour and were most excited about the pigs but swimming with the nurse sharks ended up being everyone’s favorite experience. We stayed at Atlantis and the pickup and walking to marina was so easy. Highly recommend this company and tour was highlight of our vacation.

They will change this tour after you book and pay for it and then they never refund the difference. They constantly cancel and change the tour so they can do less and rip you off. Then ignore you forever.

Hands down the best experience of our lives! My husband and I would do this excursion every single time we come to the Bahamas. Alex, Meatball and Captain made the experience so amazing. They were friendly, extremely helpful, funny, informative, and checked in on us. I’m someone that is afraid of the ocean and boats and was able to fully let my guard down and have a blast. Only suggestion is to reapply sunscreen more than you think you’ll need. I can’t wait to come back and do this again.

  • Rose island pigs. Great half day experience

This experience was amazing. We stayed at the Royal in Atlantis and check in was at the service desk in the lobby and we walked right to the boat- super easy. The Guides were fantastic (Captain Ron) very personable, very hospitable, overall I would give them both 5 stars. The harbour tour was fun and informative then the rose beach was a nice stop. Swimming with the pigs was very fun. You get to feed them and have the opportunity to hold a baby for a photo. The entire family had a great time. 5 hours was a perfect time to be out. Bring plenty of sunscreen a towel. My only regret is I didn’t have more cash on me for a better tip for my hosts.

Captain Ron and Alex were AMAZING! From start to finish they did an excellent job! We had a nice history lesson of the Harbor. We went to the beach and spent enough time to enjoy. Then we went to lunch and play with the piggies! After that we were able to stop and see some Turtles. They were great hosts offering drinks both non and alcoholic drinks. They had snacks on board the entire time and created a wonderful experience. They were calm guides who made everyone feel safe while having a ton of fun!!!

  • Do It All, But DO NOT not sit at the Bow!

    sylviao382,Jun 21, 2026

    - Review from Tripadvisor

This experience would have been a 5 but for one MAJOR ISSUE and an incident on the boat due to the crews' carelessness. Let's start with the good. We purchased passes for the 8-hr. excursion, and while on the high-end $$$, you get to do it all (Swing photo ops, swimming with the turtles, swimming with the pigs, lunch, atv to the pink sand beaches) and snacks and beverages are provided throughout. The crew, like many Bahamians we met, were informative and polite--if engaged. Otherwise, you were left to your own devices, which is nice. We didn't feel too rushed at any one destination and heard from other vacationers that some similar excursions on the more affordable side were disappointing in these aspects. Now the MAJOR ISSUE... CAUTION: Anyone being led to sit at the bow of this speed boat ought to be made aware before the crew sits you in this location that the ride at the bow is EXTREMELY ROUGH. I suppose because we were 4 middle aged adults and one preteen while the rest of the groups joining us either had small children or were elderly, the crew chose to put us up front. We quickly experienced our bodies being jerked up and down, our eyelids lifting up from our eyeballs, and white-knuckling any stationary pole or object we could secure our grip on all the while bracing our feet to the ground and engaging our core for over 40 minutes of the hour ride each way. Needless to say, two days later our bodies (core, knees, back, neck, calfs, arms, and hips) were still sore. There were moments (especially in open water--most of the trek to and from) during which our bottoms lifted completely off our seat and our teeth clamped together. We couldn't hold anything in our hands nor wear hats. Ladies, your hair will go flying no matter what you secure on your head. Our glasses were pressed against our faces given the brutal headwind, and we could barely make out the music blaring from the speakers next to us with the wind. But the worst aspect was the relentless banging of the bow over the water which felt like a car with no suspension going over a rocky hill while your seated in lightly cushioned wooden chairs. The crew checked on us one time each way, but it wasn't something they could remedy, as the boat was full. And no, it wasn't just the water conditions that day. We strongly suspect that they know this to be the experience at the bow but sit people there anyway. We were very disappointed with the boat ride and were grateful that no one in our group got severely hurt. It can't be stressed enough that if you have any type of joint issues or aren't strong enough to brace your body for an extended period of time DO NOT SIT AT THE BOW. The only time we could enjoy a beverage while on the boat was when we were anchored at one of the spots or going at slower speeds. The incident on the boat involved the anchor hatchet being left open as people were boarding the boat from our last stop. Without any warning and given the tight spaces, one of our group members didn't notice it was left open and tripped into the hatchet with one foot and hit his knee. The crew was apologetic, but had this resulted in a serious injury, they could do little for us, as the waiver every person must sign releases them of any liability.

We had the BEST day with Pieces of 8 Tours on their pig tour! It felt like VIP treatment from start to finish. The boat was beautiful with super comfortable seating, great music, drinks flowing, yummy lunch, snacks, and literally anything you could need for the day. Our 4 year old had the absolute best time — they even had beach toys for her which was such a thoughtful touch! Seeing the pigs, swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing on the private beach made for the perfect day. Such a fun and easy 5 hour charter with the sweetest crew. We would 100% book again!

Honestly the his was one of the best experiences ever! Jumped on the boat in the harbor right next to Atlantis resort, soo convenient. Our staff Captain Jello and Manny were amazing! Soo friendly, fun, informative, helpful, down to earth! Stopped at beautiful sandbar and touched and watched rays and take pictures. Got to pet and hold wild pigs, they were soo calm. They really weren’t in the mood to swim though. Then off to see sea turtles, pet and held them. Such a rare and amazing opportunity!! Then final stop at the gorgeous pink sands beach!! Life just doesn’t get much better than this! Such a full and amazing day then headed back. Highly recommend the excursion and staff!!! Well worth it!
