5.00Benoit is an excellent guide. He was fun and knowledgeable about the city and its fascinating history. The tour is just the right length of time as well as the right distance. We had a great time. This is our first time to Annecy. This tour is the perfect way to become familiar with a new city. I would recommend this to anyone, and I would highly recommend Benoit as your guide.

5.00Fannia, our guide, was very kind and knowledgeable. It was a very good tour with a local- juat what we really wanted. She provided some great reataurant and sightseeing recommendations for after the tour as well.

1.00Our guide was a very pleasant lady however she shared the only 3 facts she knew about Annecy. 3 facts in the entire 90 minutes!! When we asked questions (even related to those same facts) she didn’t know the answer. Very disappointed in Viator for recommending this tour.

3.00The tour guide was lovely and knowledgable and the only reason I gave it a 3 star is because of price for what you get .£145 for 1 hour for 3 people is very expensive and for that money I expected to learn a lot more. The tour would be 5 star if the pricing was correct. That price was a small group price too. Wasn’t meant to be a private tour.

5.00We had a wonderful tour with our guide Aude. Annecy is a beautiful place to visit, a true must see! Aude gave us a lot of inforamtion about the area and was very engaging that even our children enjoyed the tour! We did the two hour tour which I highly recommend, as one hour is not enough!

3.00An hour is a very short anount if time to cover Annecy so from this perspective I would rate it a 3. Our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. Would have been nice if he had held a board or some way of knowing he was to be our guide.

5.00Although my time in Annecy was short, the walking tour was a great way of taking in the old charm of Annecy. I booked quite late. Benoit, my guide was knowledgable and friendly. I would say it was quite cold in November, but would have been a fantastic way of getting you bearings around Annecy.
