  Perfect for those who haven’t had much experience exploring the see, the hosts were fantastic and knowledgeable. We had two children with some additional needs and Fabio in particular was great with the kids. Great adventure around the caves, with a little sea swim to finish. Perfect for us in terms of timing, 3 hours and a great afternoon.

  We really enjoyed this experience. Alex and Fabio were so friendly, informative and helpful. We are not very experienced kayakers (done it twice) but with Alex’s guidance and excellent instruction it was a breeze and just great to be on the sea. Thank you 😁 Very happy customers 🙏🏼

  Fabulous day on the water in both the wooden boat and the kayaks! Lots of great history and information from our guide and a perfect kayak trip in and around the caves! Ended with nicely priced beers to cap off a great day!

  I had an absolutely amazing boat trip in Alvor — easily one of the highlights of my time in the Algarve! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. A special mention has to go to Fabio, the owner and manager of the tour, whose easy-going delivery and fascinating local insights really added depth to the experience. With three generations of his family connected to the sea in Alvor, his knowledge and genuine connection to the area really shone through. He struck the perfect balance between being informative and relaxed, making it all feel natural and engaging. And of course, Captain Alex brought a brilliant sense of humour and fun to the trip — his energy was infectious and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. One of the absolute highlights was the guided kayaking experience through the caves. It was exhilarating to paddle through such stunning natural formations, getting up close to the cliffs and hidden corners of the coastline. This part of the trip was expertly led by Fabio, who made everyone feel safe and confident while still keeping it fun and adventurous. After the kayaking, we were treated to a beautiful, refreshing swim in the sea — the perfect way to cool off before heading back to port. The scenery was simply breathtaking. Cruising along the coast, we saw stunning rock formations, hidden caves, and beautiful beaches that you just can’t fully appreciate from land. The water was crystal clear, and the whole experience felt peaceful yet exciting at the same time. What really stood out was the attention to detail — everything was well organized, safe, and comfortable. It was clear that the team genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this boat trip to anyone visiting Alvor. Whether you're looking to relax, explore, or just enjoy incredible views, this experience truly delivers. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

  Thoroughly enjoyable experience doing something out of our comfort zone. It’s a bit tricky knowing where to join the group so we headed down the pontoon at the marina and found Alec beside the old boat (the kayaks were a clue). Once everyone was on board we slowly sailed out to the breakwater in very calm water(low tide) with Alex giving us a history lesson along the way. I suspected we would face rougher water once we left the estuary but it was pretty calm and enjoyable. We sailed around to the caves, had a safety briefing from Alex, got our lifevests on and then into the 2 man Kayaks. This was great craic 😁 a bit daunting, not having kayaked before but really good fun. Alex led the way and we kayaked in and out of caves with waves bouncing us about just enough to keep it exciting. Back to the boat and the swimmers were able to spend a bit of time in the sea before all back on board for the 45 minute sail back to port. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and one perfectly suited to novice adventurers and seasoned kayakers alike.
