What To Expect

We’ll start by visiting the iconic drone delivery hub in Houhai, where you’ll watch Meituan drones take off and land in real time. This is one of Shenzhen’s most active drone logistics points, where food and drinks are flown across the city — a rare chance to see futuristic urban delivery actually happening right in front of you.
Shenzhen Talent Park
Experience one of Shenzhen’s most futuristic moments with drone food delivery in Shenzhen Talent Park. Order a drink or snack and watch as a Meituan drone flies in and lands right in front of you — a real glimpse into how technology is already part of daily life here. After that, we’ll take a relaxed walk through this beautifully designed waterfront park, surrounded by skyline views of Futian and just across the bay from Hong Kong. With open green spaces, lakeside paths, and fresh sea air, it’s the perfect spot to slow down, enjoy a picnic, and experience Shenzhen beyond the skyscrapers.

5.00After having such an incredible experience on Adam’s night cycling tour, I knew I had to join his Tech Tour as well—and I’m so glad I did. Adam is exceptionally knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging. He explained not only the technology itself but also how Shenzhen has become a global center for innovation. His insights made every stop meaningful, and I came away with a much deeper appreciation for the city’s rapid development and technological achievements. The tour was packed with fascinating hands-on experiences. I got to see drone deliveries in action, watch self-driving cars, try on an exoskeleton, interact with robots, and even create a personalized laser-engraved gift. Every stop showcased how advanced and forward-thinking Shenzhen really is. What made the experience even better was Adam’s ability to explain complex technologies in a simple and interesting way. I learned so much throughout the tour, and I was so inspired that I even bought a few pieces of technology to take home after learning about them from Adam. If you’re visiting Shenzhen and want to experience what makes the city one of the world’s most innovative tech capitals, I can’t recommend this tour enough. Along with his night cycling tour, this was another highlight of my trip, and I would recommend both tours to anyone visiting Shenzhen.
