Recommendations by Jungfrau Railways to enjoy the stay at high altitude: 1) You should be physically fit and healthy. 2) Good footwear is important for getting around safely. 3) Not recommended for pregnant women from the 7th month or with high-risk pregnancies, and for children under 2 years due to difficulties equalising pressure and insufficient fluid intake.

Fabulous tour with Andrea to the top of Jungfraujoch! Her knowledge, organization, and communication throughout the day were excellent, ensuring we got the very best out of the experience. Being part of a guided tour meant we could skip the long lines, make the most of our time, and visit all the key highlights without any stress. Andrea also knew exactly where to take us for the best photos and viewpoints. Her enthusiasm and local insight really made the day special. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a memorable and hassle-free visit to Jungfraujoch!

Be prepared for a long day of transfers and walking and exploring. At the top it did become very crowded in certain areas and if you have any trouble with altitude I wouldn’t recommend. Our guide was very knowledgeable, but with such a large group it was a bit hard to get all of the info, etc. Beautiful views from every angle it felt like.

Many transfers with many people - very well managed. Joan and coworker were fantastic. Very well done all around.

Our guide was fabulous, friendly and helpful. This trip was spectacular. We were very lucky with the weather, which meant the views were incredible. The only criticism is that on the way back to our pick up / drop off point in Lucerne, the road was closed, so it felt like we were kicked off the bus with no warning, and told to walk in the wrong direction to find our own way back.

Wonderful bus trip to Jungfrau. Guides were very knowledgeable and prompt. Bus was comfortable and although we didn’t get to view the mountain, due to snow, gondola ride up and train ride down was beautiful!

I felt safe with our Felipe who drove us back and forth from Zurich. Your guide Lars was very accommodating with our needs; very knowledgeable and making sure we are all safe and satisfied. I would recommend this tour.

Crowded and long tour without clear directions. I would have liked a synopsis of the day on the bus before we arrived. In Interlaken we had shopping time but after some information regarding the hand crafted wooden objects, directions to those stores was not given. I also saw the mailbox as we left. I would have liked information re:mailing cards before we arrived. 41 people with multiple languages was just too many.

It was an adventure of a lifetime! The sights were unbelievable!!! And our guide Annett was very good and gave a lot of good information about the sights we were about to see and also in general about Switzerland. My photos were spectacular! It turned out to be a very sunny day; cloudless skies. But on our way down, the clouds started to roll in, so really, there’s a lot of luck involved in planning when to go. The cogwheel rail just boggled my mind! And to think it has been operational since the early 1900s. Those tunnels carved out of the mountain by human hands, I was and still am in awe!
