Thoroughly enjoyed each of the tours that we did over three days on the 72 hour ticket. Two different bus tour routes, two different tram tours (only found out about the “golden tour” by chance) and a river cruise. Audio guides on all except the river cruise, which had announced information. There didn’t appear to be as many yellow buses as the Red Bus, but we never had more than 20 minutes wait other than for the river cruise. Not a lot of communication at the dock, watch out as groups are given preference over individuals for the river cruise. Ticket also valid for travel on some local services as well, although we didn’t try that. Great value all round, would definitely recommend.

The tours were good, but unfortunately, one had to wait a long time for the buses. The red buses of the competition were more frequently on the road.

We were disappointed at how much time we had to wait between buses. This is really for a one time experience, not hop on hop off. Having the tram and river cruise included is nice.

Got 72 hour ticket. Good value as includes yellow bus, red tram tour, boat ride and can also use ticket on yellow trams over 3 days. Nice way to see city when too hot to walk! Staff very helpful and gave suggestions where to get off bus with our time limit etc

The audio is poor, most the units were broken, we had to sit apart. Definitely not worth the money. DO NOT mistake for the Sightseeing bus which is also red.

It would be nice for bus drivers to tell what numbered stop is coming, so you could plan. Also, the trolley didn't have any stops, would have been nice for at least 2 places. The boat had NO information what so ever. With the r8ch history, it would have been nice to have less music and more history. Also, why repeat some info on both busses? A great way to see Lisbon.

Your product was referred to me by my best friend. He had visited your marvellous city years ago and suggested we take this service to benefit a one day passage in Lisbon! A marvellous idea and very successful!

Fantastic way to see the city and get acclimated. Only issue we had was finding the boat. We road multiple days and made many stops. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

It’s a great all in one ticket that covered all parts of the city, a tram tour and a boat tour. Really enjoying it. We are now using it for transportation for another day.

You don't have to be good at maths to realise that if you want to do two of these trips it's worth buying a 72 hour ticket for €47, then you can do them all. The tram tour doesn't stop but it takes you through some of the prettiest and most crowded parts of old Lisbon. The bus tours are hop-on, hop-off. Unfortunately the Lisbon traffic can make it difficult for them to keep to time, so our Belém tour was around 25 minutes late leaving. It's also the one for which most people travel out in the morning to stops 9 or 10 and then want to get back on in the afternoon, which means the late ones can be crowded. The boat tour was quite empty by contrast, but also allows you to get off and on at Belém. All in all €47 well spent - it saved a lot of shoe leather and effort!
