During the lesson the Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.

5.00I have been in Italy for almost two weeks now, travelling to many areas for incredible culinary delights. The meal that Beatrice and I made was by far my favourite. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable with her. She was so knowledgeable about the food and traditions and it was lovely to learn from her. If you have the opportunity to take a cooking class with Beatrice, DO IT! It was such a gift.
