All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.

2.00Once it was evening, the boats and staff at the piers dry up. The app is next to useless. The staff on the boats are too busy, trying to load you up, to help you. Boats didn’t come, then a boat slowed down to shout they’re full and cant stop. Then they don’t stop at every dock anymore. If you’re ready to get stuck in the wrong part of London and then ,get an actual Uber, to get back to your original location. Then go for it.
Misleading concessionary ticket offer

1.00In response to a Facebook offer of half price boat tickets for June I booked 4 concession tickets for me, my wife and 2 friends. All of us are over 70.We boarded the boat at Barking Riverside and got off at Tower Millennium pier for lunch. On returning to Tower Millennium pier we were told we could not board the Uber boat as we did not have Freedom passes or 60+ Oyster cards to support our concessionary Uber tickets. The advert had no mention that these would be required. Consequently 4 people aged over 70 years of age , (one of whom has COPD) were left stranded in London on one of the hottest days of the year and had to struggle to find their way home by train. Nowhere on the Facebook offer did it state that a Freedom pass of 60+ Oyster card is required.

Landmarks that are familiar from street level — St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and the Houses of Parliament — take on a completely different character when seen from the water, making for a genuinely memorable journey. The service itself is efficient and well-organised, with clearly signed piers and a straightforward boarding process. The hop-on hop-off format gives you genuine flexibility to structure your day around the sights that interest you most, without feeling rushed or tied to a rigid itinerary. Whether you are visiting London for the first time or returning to rediscover the city, this is an experience I would recommend without hesitation.

5.00One of the most enjoyable ways to see London. Travelling on the Thames offers a completely different perspective of the city, with beautiful views of some of London’s most iconic landmarks along the route. The journey was fast, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. Instead of dealing with busy roads and traffic, I was able to sit back, enjoy a coffee, and take in the architecture and scenery from the water. The boats were clean, well-maintained, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. Whether you’re visiting London or have lived here for years, I would highly recommend experiencing the city from the Thames.

5.00A fantastic way to experience London! We boarded the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers at Chelsea Harbour and cruised along the Thames to Tower Pier in about an hour. Seeing the city from the river was truly magical, with incredible views of iconic landmarks including the London Eye, Big Ben, London Bridge, and Tower Bridge. It was comfortable, relaxing, and offered a completely different perspective of the city. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London-it's more than just transport; it's a wonderful experience!!

5.00A fantastic way to see London from a different perspective! The Uber Boat was comfortable, clean, and easy to use. The views of the city along the Thames were absolutely beautiful, especially passing landmarks like Tower Bridge and the London Eye. It felt like a sightseeing cruise for the price of regular transport. Highly recommended for both tourists and locals!
