5.00A once in a lifetime experience to sit in the private residence home of a couple and share life stories. I don't know if all meals are just for 1 couple and the family preparing the meal but I am glad ours was. I was expecting to see a little more actual cooking. We only say the dough preparation for a pastry starter dish. The rest was already prepared. This did allow for us to spend more time getting to know our host and hostess as they did not have to run around the kitchen. They could relax with us as we all ate together. Just be aware if that possibility should you sign up and expect to watch the meal being prepared.

5.00We had such a wonderful time at Costanza’s home. My 17 year old daughter and husband got to knead and roll the dough used for our traditional and local appetizer. We enjoyed our conversations over the delicious four course meal. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our experience the very best. We feel honored to have met our hosts and had this meal in their beautiful home. This experience will always be a major highlight of our stay in Trento.

5.00We spent 10 days in Italy and dinner with Chiara and Chiara was one of our favorite experiences. The food was absolutely amazing-sophisticated, authentic and delicious. Our hosts made us feel right at home. We had delightful conversations and several good laughs. I am so glad we decided to make this “class” part of our vacation.
