**★★☆☆☆** The Niagara Falls portion of this tour was enjoyable, but the overall experience fell well short of what was advertised. The biggest issue was the communication before the tour. The confirmation email clearly stated that pickup and drop-off would be at a meeting point in Niagara Falls. In reality, the tour bus originated in Toronto and simply stopped in Niagara to collect passengers before returning to Toronto at the end of the day. My wife and I were staying outside the immediate area, so we ended up having to take a last-minute Uber costing **CAD $175** just to reach the meeting point in time for the 10:00 a.m. departure. Had the logistics been communicated clearly, we would have planned our day very differently. The visit to Niagara Falls itself was excellent, and the included boat ticket was definitely the highlight of the tour. Our tour director was friendly and courteous, but the commentary throughout the day was fairly sparse and lacked the engaging storytelling you hope for on a guided tour. The itinerary after the Falls was where the experience became disappointing. Instead of heading to Niagara-on-the-Lake to enjoy lunch and free time, as the tour description led us to expect, we spent about 90 minutes at the Sheraton for a buffet lunch. Unfortunately, the buffet was of poor quality and one of the least enjoyable meals of our trip. The maple syrup tasting was exactly what you would expect on a Niagara tour. It was fine, although it felt more like a shopping stop than a cultural experience. Together with the lengthy buffet stop, it gave the impression that these commercial elements were taking priority over time at Niagara-on-the-Lake. That was our biggest disappointment. Niagara-on-the-Lake was one of the main reasons we booked this particular tour. Instead of having enough time to stroll through the town, browse the boutiques, and enjoy lunch at one of its charming cafés or restaurants, we were given only about an hour. It felt like a quick walk up the main street and back to the bus, leaving no opportunity to truly experience one of Ontario's most beautiful towns. If Niagara Falls is your only objective, this tour will probably meet your expectations. However, if you are booking because it promises to include Niagara-on-the-Lake, be aware that the visit is extremely brief and does not allow enough time to appreciate the town. My advice would be to seriously consider renting a car in Toronto and making a self-guided day trip instead. For two people, it can cost less than this tour, especially if you are already staying outside downtown Toronto. You'll have complete flexibility to explore the Falls at your own pace, choose your own lunch, spend as much time as you like in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and avoid spending much of the day following a fixed bus schedule.

We thoroughly enjoyed this full day tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls and Niagara On The Lake, that included the boat cruise under the Falls. The Guide and Driver were phenomenal. Would recommend this to anyone who has a full day.

We had a great day out with Alex, our knowledgeable and friendly guide and our driver, Samir. Alex gave us good advise for the boat trip to the Niagara Falls, roll up your trousers and take off your socks! We got very wet! Maple and chocolate tasting was good as was visiting Niagara on the Lake. Spectacular view with lunch at the Sheraton, food not as spectacular, other than that would highly recommend this tour for a taste of Niagara Falls and the area around.

Very well organized. Well worth it if you only have a short period of time in Niagara Falls. The bus originates in Toronto so it was full before it reached Niagara Falls.

Hello Gray Line Toronto, I had a wonderful time with Alex and Hugo. I am pleased I booked this trip and how I wish we had more time. This is my first time to try a Day Tour. Good thing, Gray Line - Alex and Hugo didn’t disappoint… and I couldn’t ask for more. They have been warm, accommodating and been great. I wouldn’t change anything, but most probably the time… how I wish we had more time. Time to just bask and take in the scenery and the experience… Overall, I enjoyed it and I was over the moon and back… (or should I say “I’ve been to Niagara Falls and back” hahaha ) Kidding aside, I am pleased and grateful for the awesome time and experience. Thank you so much. ☺️❤️❤️❤️
