5.00Tour was great, guide was also really good. But understand this is a WALKING tour, we had many people in our group with wheel chairs or walkers. Def not the tour for you and a 2 hour tour took 3 + hours. M

4.00The falls are magnificent. Both behind the falls and the boat ride were amazing. Our guide Bryan was very nice and knowledgable. He was fantastic. Only thing that was not good was that after the boat ride we had about a 20 minute walk (partly uphill) back to where our car was parked, and we are all in our 60s and 70s. It was reaaly exhausting and had asked them twice before our tour in chats how far the boat left us from the parking lots near the Skylon tower. They never responded. I felt a little misled.

5.00We had a fantastic experience with Parminder as our tour guide! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the tour organized from start to finish. She shared interesting information about Niagara Falls and its history while making sure everyone knew exactly where to go and when to meet, so the day was completely stress-free. We visited both Journey Behind the Falls and the Hornblower cruise, and everything ran smoothly thanks to her clear directions and great communication. We really appreciated her positive attitude and would definitely recommend her to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

4.00This tour let us skip the line at the Journey Behind the Falls. The line was long on Wednesday so we’re glad we booked a walking tour. There was not a line at the Hornblower so I’m not sure if we could skip the line or not. We had a 4:30 tour. Kingsley was our guide. He walked at a nice pace & made stops along the way to share stories & answer questions. I would book this tour again. The only negative would be confusion on the meeting spot & very limited seating for waiting.
