What To Expect
We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. Making noodles • Knead the flour • Roll out the dough • Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles • Boil the noodles • Drain the water from the noodles Chicken Garnish • Use a string to tie the chicken meat • Scatter the condiment and cook it • Slice the chicken to the length you want • We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup • We offer many types of broths so you can blend with each other • Different kinds of sauces to choose Finishing • Put the boiled noodles into the soup • Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

5.00What a fun and interesting dinner! Sakura was great about imparting her knowledge regarding how to make ramen and funny at the same time. The entire staff were so friendly and warm. The ramen we made was so delicious! They even had accommodations for gluten free ramen! We were a family of six and had a great time!

5.00I went apart of a group school trip and they spoke very good English, knew a lot about japan and the whole group had a great time. We learned about all of the ingredients and history behind them being used in Japan. Overall great experience and you should move them to the #5 spot in the world.
