BUT! We don't sell just an e-bike tour. We have informed guides living in Kyoto. They are full of knowledge and hidden gems that you might like. Yes, they are the entertainment of our e-bike tour, and they will make sure that you will have 100% experience in Arashiyama.
We use electric bicycles, so you can easily go up the slopes without breaking a sweat! In fact, most of the former participants are the first timers of a bicycle tour. You will be able to create special memories by experiencing Kyoto's rich culture and history. This tour is a wonderful journey that combines nature and history.

Children under 10 years old can participate if they are taller than 140cm and they can ride a bicycle. (But the same fee as an adult occurs for it)
What To Expect
Your guide will be waiting for you at the share cycle "Crew" port at the south exit of Arashiyama Station. Even if you are new to electric bicycles, we will provide simple explanations such as operation and hand signals so that you can ride safely and enjoyably.
Bamboo Forest Street
Arashiyama Bamboo Forest is a natural bamboo forest. This forest is mainly made up of Moso bamboo and we will ride through the beautiful Japanese view. It is less touristy in early morning and it offers you a different atomosphere than usual.

5.00This was hands down one of our best tours that we’ve done. First off Yuki really saved the day by coming to find us when we were lost at the start. From there he gave us a personalized experience by telling us so many interesting stories about the history and culture of the areas. He got us the best photos and even showed us this amazing cafe after. I 100% would do again

5.00Although we went to the wrong address, our guide road on his bike and found us while we were lost 15 minutes away from the meetup spot! We then resumed the tour, and it was beautiful! The guide was so friendly and talkative and did not care as much about getting the tour over with as much as he cared about connecting with me and my wife. We were good friends by the end of the tour, and we had tons of great photos!

5.00Tour with Yuki. Super rainy but Yuki made the experience all very special. We had a “private tour” because only two of us booked this tour. We were late meeting Yuki but he waited for us. Yuki was fun to talk to and we learned a lot about his home town of Kyoto. And we also great suggestions for sushi and ramen. Will be recommend Yuki to my pals at home! Thank you Yuki for a memorable day.

5.00Yuki was an amazing tour guide! Even though it rained when we went, the bamboo forest was beautiful and the electric bikes were so fun! At the end, he took us to a traditional Japanese cafe with delicious pastries and coffee. Would 100% book with them again!

5.00The tour was amazing, very informative and we went to a lot of beautiful sites, my favourite of which was the bamboo forest where we started. It was very fun, Yuki was a great tour guide. He was funny and was always looking out for the group making sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. If you're worried about it the e-bikes makes this trip a breeze and you'll be floating up and down hills with care free attitude.
