What To Expect

Operating Schedule:From April 27 to September 21, 2025, service operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Sunday to Wednesday, and from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Thursday to Saturday. From September 22 to November 2, 2025, the boats operate daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From November 3, 2025 to March 31, 2026, boats run from Monday to Thursday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and from Friday to Sunday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The first departure of the day is at 10:00 AM from the Eiffel Tower stop. The last departures vary depending on the day and season, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Boats circulate regularly throughout the day, with an average wait time of 25 to 30 minutes between stops. You are free to board at any of the nine stops, without a fixed departure time. The journey can begin from any stop, not only the Eiffel Tower. On July 14 (French National Day) , the last departure is at 5:00 PM

1.00Horrible experience! Do not recommend in peak season, boat is always overpacked, have to wait for 2-4 batobus because the lines are insane and boats not more frequent when lots of tourists!

1.00This was a scam. The boat did not show up, they oversold tickets and were not able to get almost anyone on the boats. Terribly run, staff not helpful. We stood in the hot sun with no shade waiting for a boat that never came. Waste of time and money. Do not book!

1.00Rude and poor customer service from the staff at Eiffel Tower stop. I had a technical issue loading my tickets and the staff would not let me back on board with my family, including a 6 year old child. I showed them my invoice, email, ticket showing I had paid for multiple tickets and they refused to let us on board. Due to the fact that I had purchased the tickets via Trip Advisor rather than Batobus directly, they told me they would not help and I had to contact Tripadvisor - as if Tripadvisor would be able to resend the tickets to me on the spot whilst I was standing waiting to board a boat in a foreign city! I had to re-purchase tickets via Batobus so we could get back on the boat as we had dedicated the day for specific sightseeing. I asked for a refund and it was declined. Boat was predominantly full of people taking selfies.

4.00this was definitely the smaller of the 2 operations, but it was less crowded, made all the same stops and was cheaper. i wish the audio tour was better, more in-depth of lan marks and more about the bridges. you couldn't see the landmarks they spoke of bc they were higher/street level, but the narrated each stop. rode for 2 hours as a nice break from a busy morning.
