It is a must-do, we learn interesting things. For those who love charcuterie, there are good smells of ham.

Superb small business in the city center. The staff is very dedicated. Six people work there. Only regional and natural products. The explanations are very detailed. Purchase possible vacuum-sealed. Long shelf life. I recommend this visit. Duration is about 40 to 45 minutes with a tasting.

Very instructive visit. In 45 minutes, you learn a lot about the production of ham. You can feel Mr. IBAIALDE's passion in his speech.
