5.00Helga was wonderful! Friendly and polite and waited patiently for us as there was an issue with collecting luggage. She answered all of our questions about Reykjavik as we traveled from the airport to the hotel. Would definitely ask for her again.

5.00Our driver was given an incorrect passenger count and had a vehicle that was too small for our group plus luggage. He did find a way to stack and pack until everything was fitted into the car. Each passenger had to hold their carry on bag in their lap but we all got to where we needed to go. Outstanding service!

5.00We used Iceland Highlights for an airport transfer from the cruise ship dock in Reykjavik to the Keflavik International Airport. Marius was a dream to work as I made the arrangements through him. They showed up right on time in a clean, comfortable Mercedes van to transport 4 adults with our luggage. The driver was friendly and professional. Very highly recommended.
