We visited several key sites, each showcasing the innovative design and practical beauty of modernist architecture. The Alfa Palace is amazing, as we came to know that its innovative use of space set a standard for modernist local architecture. We also explored some city blocks that showcase how modernist principles shaped urban planning in Brno, which was fascinating. We appreciate how the guide explained the principles of functionalism and how this style revolutionized Brno in the early 20th century. Overall, this tour was a perfect blend of education, inspiration and discovery.

The tour was far more in-depth than I expected. Our guide's local knowledge and detailed explanations about the buildings were fantastic. There were so many details we didn't notice when passing by those modernist buildings in the city center. The Villa Tugendhat area and the surrounding walking route were very enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see Brno from a different perspective.
