5.00We enjoyed our private tour with Charlene. She was very informative, personable, and so patient. We had a million questions and she answered them all. There were large groups everywhere and it was nice to have her to ourselves. The pickup and drop off at our hotel made everything so easy. A half day was perfect for our mobility level.
