We had a wonderful tour with Kei. He was super kind, patient and flexible and made our experience memorable and fun. He was able to accommodate some requests we had and made sure to customize the tour to keep my kids interested and they loved it. Highly recommend!

Definitely do this!!! Such a wonderful day with Kei. He showed us a perfect day in Kyoto with highlights & hidden gems. Wouldn’t change a thing. The bikes are so fun & such a perfect way to get around Kyoto that would be difficult by walking. He gave us incredible suggestions which we have already tried out & recommended as well. He was a great guide & an exceptional person to know. We are a family of 3 with a teenager & we all loved this tour. We told Kei we would give him 7 stars is we could!!! Highly recommend!! He also took many photos for us & videos and sent us the BEST collage for our memories

We had a really nice tour with Yonnie as our guide. We got a message before our tour started with a suggested route, which we could adapt to our wishes. She then changed the route a little bit and also found a really good lunch place that suited our dietary wishes as well. Yonnie taught us a lot about the history and we really learned to appreciate Kyoto a lot more (at first we were a bit overwhelmed by how crowded and touristy it was, so we asked her to show us some less touristy spots and we saw the most amazing temples with almost no tourists!). Thank you so much for the amazing tour, we had a lot of fun!!

Amazing day seeing the sights in Kyoto. Our guide Mana was fabulous. She expertly guided us around the beautiful city showing us historical sights, areas, parks and back roads of the city that few tourists see. The e-bikes were perfect for cruising through busy areas smoothly and Mana’s guidance was efficient. We have toured 6 cities in Japan and this 6 hour e-bike tour was our favorite!

Our guide, Yonnie offered an exceptional experience. Her knowledge of the areas visited was truly impressive. She is a delightful young lady, well educated and a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this tour for an enjoyable tour through Kyoto away from the busy tourists and commerce areas.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Kyoto Private E-Cycling Tour and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Our guide was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive from start to finish. She really took the time to tailor the tour to our interests, which made the whole day feel personal and relaxed rather than rushed or generic. One of the highlights was how flexible and accommodating she was—she brought us to two lovely coffee spots along the way and even gave us a couple of great lunch options to choose from, both of which looked fantastic. It felt like we were exploring the city with a knowledgeable friend rather than being on a structured tour. We also really appreciated her ability to navigate routes that avoided the busy crowds, allowing us to enjoy Kyoto. A particularly special touch was when she surprised us with two beautiful keepsakes from a specialty tea shop to celebrate our honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we’ll always remember. All in all, this tour was a perfect blend of sightseeing, local insight, and personal touches. If you’re visiting Kyoto, this is an experience not to miss!

I totally recommend the e-bike tour! Our tour guide Yuzuki was so great! She was nice, accommodating, and very knowledgeable! We went to so many sites and we’d never have been able to do it on our own without Yuzuki. It was such a great way to see the city!
