The wine and food was delicious, and Antonio was an excellent guide - he even took us to extra stops on our route so that we could experience more of Portugal!

Our tour guide Nuno was phenomenal. We were visiting Lisbon for our honeymoon and decided to book a wine tour in the countryside. Nuno picked us up right at our hotel and it was then that we realized that it would just be the 2 of us on this tour! It felt like an intimate experience that we got to share as newlyweds. Nuno took us to 3 wineries in Arrábida. We got to tour 2 of the wineries : one modern and one historical. It was a lot of fun learning about the wine making process as well as the history of the 2nd winery. Next, we stopped at the mountains and took pictures. The view was incredible! Nuno booked us lunch at the oldest restaurant in town. We ate fresh swordfish and meat made with just charcoal and salt! Nuno was very knowledgeable and pointed out different monuments throughout our drive. We had a memorable experience.

We had a fantastic time on the Undiscovered Lisbon Food & Wine Tour. Our guide and driver Nuno was the highlight of the day — incredibly friendly and full of fascinating knowledge about Lisbon’s history. He brought the city and region to life in a way that made the whole experience so much richer. He also took us to a beautiful restaurant with the most stunning views we’ve seen in Portugal — a truly special touch that we never would have found on our own. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Nuno as your guide you’re in for a great time!

This tour was amazing! Better than I ever expected. It started with a stress free pick up, drive to a tile factory, a newer more modern vineyard followed by a seaside lunch and ending with the oldest vineyard in portugal. The contrasts between vineyards was exactly what we didn’t even know we wanted. Both so informative and enjoyable yet different. All along the way our tour guide Nuno gave us wonderful history and made sure we were comfortable and happy. All the sites were breathtaking truly. I would recommend this tour and Nuno to everyone!

It’s a great day to spend exploring a different area that is enhanced by wine and food. We met the best people and had a perfect day visiting a local market, having fresh caught fish for lunch two great wine tours and learning what it takes to make tiles in Portugal! Don’t miss this one. Our tour guide was the best.

we had a great experience! it was just amazing. Our guide Francisco was very good and took good care of us! We would definitely recommend this to friends, a trip worth taking. The restaurant recommended for lunch was just too good, the waiting a bit longer than expected but the it was worth the wait.

We had a lovely tour with Francisco this weekend. We started off being picked up at our hotel, he arrived very promptly and explained the itinerary to us beforehand. Our first stop was the beautiful Livramento market in Setúbal - one of the oldest markets where we had the chance to buy all sorts of fresh local produce. Francisco took us to try some amazing oysters truly one of the best as well as an authentic pastel de nata. Next off we went to an our first wine tasting of the day at Bacalhoa, it was an incredible experience - there was a lot of art here which provided a unique twist to the tour. We then went to have lunch a very authentic portuguese restaurant that serves fresh cod and meat where you can see the produce as well as it being cooked. We had the cod for 2 and it was one of the best fish we’ve ever had. Our next stop was the second wine tasting at Quinta da Loja where we got to try 5 different types of wine, this was serves alongside some cheese and crackers which really added to the experience. The wine was all lovely here as well. They didn’t have anyone to give us a tour of the itinerary in english here and Francisco very kindly said he is happy to translate as much as he can if we wish to see. Even though we were a little behind schedule he did not rush us at all and wanted to make sure we have the best experience regardless. Our last two spots were the Parque Natural de Arrabida where we could take pictures with a spectacular view and finally a tile studio Azulejos de Azeitão where we saw how the beautiful portuguese tiles were made and had the chance to buy some to take back with us. Overall, this was a great experience and really worth the price as well for everything that is included, it being a private tour really made us feel attended to and helped us learn more about Portugal. Francisco was really friendly and shared a lot about portuguese culture with us, he really went the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying the tour and I don’t think we would had the same experience without him. Would highly recommend this tour! :)
