On this tour you will be the driver of an quad / ATV and this will probably be the best way to feel and experience this part of São Miguel Island.
This tour will take you to the highest points of the mountains that surround Sete Cidades Volcano.
The itinerary is On and Offroad and you will have the opportunity to visit some of the trails that are part of the Azores Airlines Rallye.
If the weather is good, you can count on awesome views to the lakes and the ocean. This will make you feel as you are on the top of the world.

* Pico da Cruz (845 meters altitude) View to Lagoa de Santiago, lagoa Rasa and Sete Cidades lagoon.
* Vista da Rainha/Miradouro das Cumeeiras ( View point for Sete Cidades, Green and Blue Lagoon)
* Cerrado das Freiras
* Passing by Capelas village

Driving License(+18) is required for drivers
For a better and safer experience, we highly recommend that you know how to drive ATV's or similar, as motorcycles.

What To Expect
Fenais da Luz
This parish located on the north coast of São Miguel island is where we start and end the tour. After starting our tour on paved roads, we will ride along the seafront of and explore dirt roads in this area.
Muro Das Nove Janelas
Near Serra Devassa, there is the Muro das Nove Janelas, an aqueduct considered a heritage site of historical value.

5.00Incredible experience- so fun! We did the quad bike. It was so fun riding and seeing the incredible sights. It was a poor visibility day but we still had an excellent time- we went to another viewpoint where you could see cliffs and that was perfectly clear. I would recommend 100%.
Most fun excursion on our 10 day anniversary trip.

5.00My husband and I brought our adult kids over to the island and so far this was the best thing we have done. You really cover a lot of ground and see things you can’t see driving. We all had individual quads, the only thing I would let everyone know is it can be very dusty. If you are in the back of the pack be very prepared for dust!! I highly recommend this tour.

5.00Great way to see the island and a few different elevations. The ATV’s were well taken care of and rode extremely well. Our guide was Bruno. He was extremely safe and took care of the group and show us some great sites. Highly recommend this spot.
