Wicked Awesome Tours of Newport is a tour company in Newport, Rhode Island. We educate visitors on the history of Newport; our city by the sea. Guests will view buildings from the 1600's, and hear true stories about pirates, British occupancy, and paranormal occurrences. We will not jump out and scare you. The tours will provide accurate historical facts and bring you to locations with a pirate connection and/or where people have reported experiencing strange phenomena.

3.00Not a lot of “ghost” stories. Some pirate and basic history that was interesting. Our guide occasionally talked while looking ahead and I couldn’t hear a thing she was saying in the back.

5.00Be able and prepared to walk long distances. I know this seems obvious by the title but partly that was with us had to leave early because they were not able to walk the long distance. It’s is lovely 90 minute evening experience. Robert, our guide, was knowledgeable and fun to talk to. He had great stories about the local lore and area. Highly recommend. Looking to book one of his day time trolley tours when we return next year.

5.00Great time! Guide was knowledgeable, funny, interesting, and made sure you could hear him, and wanted all to have a good time. Answered all questions...Great sense of humor. Definitely a character which made it more enjoyable. Lots of paranormal activity/ghost haunting stories, history facts on war, pirates and famous people in the area. Highly recommend this tour!
