This experience is designed to go beyond a standard cooking class.
You’ll work side by side with professional chefs, preparing fresh pasta entirely by hand and creating your own tiramisu from scratch.
The focus is on traditional techniques, with pasta made step by step by hand, just as it is done in Italian kitchens.
You will also personalize your dish by choosing your preferred sauce from a selection of classic Roman recipes, adding a level of choice and authenticity not always found in similar experiences.
Expect rich, authentic flavors, from freshly made pasta to classic Roman sauces and a perfectly balanced tiramisu.
Set in a real restaurant in central Rome, the class combines hands-on cooking with a relaxed, restaurant-style dining experience once your dishes are ready.
At the end of the class, you’ll receive our recipe book so you can recreate everything at home, including fresh pasta, tiramisu and the sauces served during the experience.

Once ready, your dishes are cooked and plated by the restaurant kitchen, so you can relax and enjoy a true Italian dining experience. We’ve taken the class twice on two separate trips. Both times fantastic; the first with multi-generational family (3mon old, 2 year old, parents and grandparents). This time was just my husband and I. Awesome!!

Bravo! Lionello was our chef/guide and taught us how to make ravioli, fettuccine, and tiramisu. He was a great teacher, super nice and pretty cute too. I feel confident I could make pasta at home now, and I’m excited to show off my new skills! It was an overall great evening and I definitely recommend. Thank you Lionello for your sharing your expertise with us, and hospitality!
