The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps.

1.00First I booked a 3pm tour with a 245 requested check in. The day of the message 330 with 315 check in. At 315 they announce it will be 345. An hour wasted waiting. Then they had multiple tour groups and times assembling at the same location. More wasted time.

4.00Communication via WhatsApp was informative and answered quickly to questions. Staff at the meeting point were pleasant and the audio guide was very informative and easy to access. The only issue was there was not enough time to complete the audio guide in the 1.5h we had in the Roman Forum before we had to be at the Colosseum. Felt a bit rushed and feel like the timings of the ticket should be reviewed
