What To Expect
Discover Quebec's Trails with Sam! Hey there, I'm Sam, a Montreal native who's passionate about hiking & the great outdoors. Join me for a personalized journey through Quebec's breathtaking landscapes. I'll take you on private tours to my all-time favorite trails, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Quebec. Let's explore together – it's more than just a hike, it's an unforgettable adventure! ️ This particular hike I will be taking you on during this trip is called "Le Mont-Chauve" located in "Parc National Du Mont-Orford". This 4 hour hike, at 310 meters elevation is classified as "Intermediate" in difficulty. After picking up everyone at their Hotel(s), we will drive down to the national park (Approximately 1h30m-2h). Once at the nation park we will stop for a quick washroom break prior to our hike. Small breaks will be had during the hike. Additonally, will be stopping for a food break at the top of the mountain! During this hike you will get to see 4 different lookouts including a beautiful bird’s eye view of Stukely Lake. Additionally there's always a possibility to see wild life on this trek! 5.00The hike with Sam was a great experience! Super nice trail with some great views, and as we started early in the day, there were only a few others on the trail. We were hiking with a great pace, so it was also a good excercise. Sam always adjusts to the walking pace of the guests! All in all an amazing day!

5.00Sam was so lovely and the group felt like hiking with old friends. We had similar interests from different parts of the world and being outdoors enjoying the woods, spectacular views was amazing . Sam really goes all out to make everyone feel comfortable! 5.00Sam reminded me of everything I love about hiking: the great outdoors, awesome company, views to die for, a fantastic workout, wildlife spotting and a bunch of great laughs along the way! Mount Orford is stunning on its own (bonus points for not being touristy) but with such an awesome and cheerful guide, hiking in Canada got even better! I felt accomplished to have done the hike and I felt so lucky to spend the day in nature, learn about the country and it’s people with such a fun guide! Call me impressed
