The guide spoke too fast , did not allow us time to look at the various documents on display . We made the tour at the pace

The tour skipped the line and that was great unfortunately the group was to large for the size of the rooms , the volume button on the guide was broken not helped by the loudspeakers in the corner of every room , we had a donk on our tour which only added to the frustration, not much about Oskar Schindler more about the war

The most disappointing tour we have done. Jimmy, our guide was not at all engaging. We left the tour feeling that we had learned very little. He seemed to talk a lot without actually saying anything. We would have had a far better experience had we booked the self guided museum tour but decided to take a guided tour as we thought that this would be beneficial. However he skipped past a lot of interesting sections in the museum, and bored us instead.

The museum itself was an amazing insight into the war in Poland, what happened before and during the was to Poles and Jews in Krakow. Unfortunately, we took a guided tour. My advice for others would be to do a self guided tour, we could have spent all day at the museum. It was very busy, our tour guide was extremely good, but unfortunately the group was too big and there was no time to stop and look at exhibits. The next tour was constantly behind us, so if at the back you couldn't hear our guide. We will definitely go back, but this time it will be a self guided tour. The tour was very expensive compared to buying tickets direct from the museum and I personally don't feel it was worth the extra.

Great place to visit guide was good and she told us alot of history (but it felt very rushed) and there were far too many people on our tour. We only saw a fraction of the exhibits as was almost running to keep up with the tour guide! Suggest smaller groups and a slower pace especially for older people on the tour.

Very good tour of the factory which is set out as a museum providing information about the occupation of Krakow, the ghetto and Schindler's factory. Only down side was that the tours are timed (1hr 40mins). It means that you have little time to actually look at and read many of the displays. If I was going again I'd book without a guide and take my time.

We had a guided tour as there were no non-guided tours available to book. Our guide was very informative about the treatment of the Jews during WW2 and the impact this war had on them. I enjoyed the tour but the reason I only rated 4/5 stars was for two reasons… 1) unless you were stood next to the tour guide, it was impossible to hear what was being said. I know some members of the tour missed information. Perhaps audio would have helped. 2) Schindler himself was barely mentioned. I was hoping to learn a bit more about the man and his actions but came away not having learnt much more about him. If you were to visit, try to book a non-guided tour as you might get more time to read the information available in the museum. I still enjoyed the experience though.
