I downloaded the app before we left the campsite. I was prepared to start the tour on my phone. But it kept glitching and pausing on the tour. I had to restart it several times. The tour itself was neat. History behind @ stop was great. Detailed directions were fantastic.

Great experience for our family of 4 (2 teenagers) visiting from Texas. Perfect distance and Length of time. Fun 'spooky' commentary and sound effects. Enjoyed the haunted story telling. Great way to see some highlights in Salem. Thank you!

The tour was okay, atmospheric, but outdated. The Wicked Bookstore has changed, and some buildings are now a different color. Can be confusing.

The app was great! Very informative and an inexpensive way to purposefully experience Salem on your own. There are a couple of parts that need to be updated - One of the banks used as a landmark has a different name now, the "red path" is now yellow, and the "dilapidated white house" where you arrive at Charter St. Cemetery has been repainted in the front. But nothing we couldn't figure out!

A nice, well constructed, self-guided tour of the Salem sights. My daughter & I enjoyed the content and were happy to be able to pause/ restart at our leisure while also being able to visit attractions/ shops along the way

It snowed while we were on our tour and we were able to take our time and enjoy the narration. The ability to pause and go at ones own place allowed us to register and catch all the details!

Easy to download and follow the navigation. The narrator has a nice voice and keeps you engaged. It's a nice walk, no issues walking to the stops.

A friend and I both purchased it and she got it to work and we couldn’t get it to work so it was a waste of money for me.

We gave up on trying. We didn’t know to download the app before we arrived, and each with different cell phones we couldn’t get it so we gave up.

App worked on my phone but kept crashing on my wife's. Also directions were inaccurate to get me to the starting point so I had to use Google Maps. Once I was was there the directions were accurate. The history was fun. If I go again next year, I'll research the history of the sites I want to see and just use Google maps to navigate my way around. Owner did offer me a refund.
