Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta (filled pasta + fresh pasta) from scratch with your Cesarina.
As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu.
Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. It's a great way to truly experience Italian culture.

Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves.

This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Asti. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

5.00A very fun and authentic Italian experience with a wonderful teacher. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the surroundings while making pasta and desserts. Can recommend to anyone with a love for food and Italy.
The hostess Monica was lovely and took really good care of me. She provided a ride from my home. Other food delicious.

4.00I was very disappointed that the sauce for the pasta was out of a Jar. In my own kitchen it would always be made from scratch. Also the wine was served after the meal from warm open bottle sitting on the counter.

5.00An incredible adventure when strangers spend 5 hours in the same kitchen, both learning practical skills - pasta and tiramisu, and discovering in conversations how important it is to preserve and pass on skills and knowledge from grandmothers in their family. We were very happy to spending this time with Fabiana and Andrea. Thanks to Fabiana's family for their hospitality and sincerity!
