The restaurant is Japanese-style, so there are tatami mats. You will need to take off your shoes and sit on the floor.

Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Fujisan World Heritage Center)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, strollers etc..)
We do not supply any extra drop-off service
During the Cherry Blossom seasons, we kindly ask that you walk approximately 30 minutes from the bus stop to the observation deck near the pagoda area.

5.00It was lots of fun! Kazu-san, our tour guide, was a chill guy. He’s easy to talk to and planned plenty of bathroom breaks and he’s good at English too. The spots were great, very pretty Mt. Fuji and flowers and delicious ice cream. I think you’re given enough space to do what you want in the spots too. I had a great time!

5.00I had an amazing experience on the Mt. Fuji tour! Our guide was wonderful “ YUTA”— very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about sharing the history and beauty of the area. He made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. He gave us excellent recommendations for the best places to visit, local food to try, and adjusted the itinerary perfectly with the weather conditions so we could enjoy every moment. His knowledge and attention to detail truly made the difference. The excursions were beautiful, and I felt we were able to experience not only the incredible views of Mt. Fuji but also the local culture. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan. Thank you for such a great day!!!

5.00Thank you so much to Kazu and Kuboshima-san for taking on wonderful Mount Fuji Tour! We were incredibly lucky with the weather and had clear views all day with no clouds! I really enjoyed all the information that was presented to us and Kazu was able to point us to the best spots to take photos. I am still dreaming about the Hoto noodle lunch as well, that was super cool and absolutely delicious. It was also really nice that it was vegetarian friendly! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyway who wants a fantastic day tour and to see some truly unique locations!
Our guide, Kazu, was absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable, funny, and so friendly! We hope to see him on another tour!

5.00The best tour and tour guide of our entire 2-week vacation in Japan There was a very good balance of sightseeing, activities (noodle-making), and free time. The time spent on the bus was also made very enjoyable by our tour guide, Kazu, who not only taught us many interesting things about Japan, but who also was quite enthusiastic and entertaining. I highly recommend this tour and Kazu!
