Entry to churches during masses and special events is restricted.
Admission to the German Church, St. Jacob’s Church and St. Clare’s Church is free but only silent sightseeing is allowed inside, so the guide will provide all the information from the outside. The opening hours vary. The German Church and St. Jacob’s Church are open Tuesday to Sunday in the afternoon, so book your tour accordingly.
Skip-the-line tickets to Riddarholmen Church allow you to enter faster, without waiting in line at the ticket office.
For the best experience, we limit your group size to 1-25 guests per guide, 26-50 guests per 2 guides, and so forth. The price of the tour will be higher if you need more guides.
What To Expect
Meet your guide in front of the main entrance to Scandic Continental, Vasagatan 22, 111 20 Stockholm, Sweden. Please do not enter the hotel, it is only a meeting point and the staff is not informed about the tour.
You will meet your Private Guide at a convenient meeting point near the Central Station and take a relaxing walk to the Old Town, passing by the neo-Gothic Church of St. Calara and the Lutheran Church of St. Jacob.

3.00I gave this only 3 stars as I found myself waiting in the rain outside the wrong door due to no signage being provided prior to it opening. Inside are ornate features and decorated ceilings. One of the key attractions that you would not necessarily expect to find in a cathedral is a very large statue of George and the Dragon. This is certainly worth seeking out.
