What To Expect
Sunset Yoga in Portimao We are starting our class with a little walk to a more hidden spot at Praia da Rocha, surrounded with an amazing cliff and a view over the ocean. The class is a Hatha Yoga-based class that is open to all levels of practice, beginner to advanced. When the sun is setting, there is a magical feeling in the air, the light is changing and another small cycle closes after a busy day. This is the perfect time to practice and remind yourself of the journey of letting go. Come and join us and enjoy the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, the sound of the waves and the smell of the fresh ocean. Please sign up in advanced! Starting time might change depending on weather, tide and sunset time, which I will text you a day before the booked class. If the given days are not suitable for you, please get in contact and we will find a solution.

5.00This was an awesome experience in an amazing location. Our instructor, Lizi, guided us thru an energetic flow and offered modifications suited to all members of our group that were of various levels of experience. The views from the beach were beautiful and she even took photos of the experience and shared them with us after the class so we will have fond memories. She also gave us some great tips on local travel activities. This Sunset yoga class was extremely enjoyable and we highly recommend it!

5.00A wonderful and relaxing activity with a beautiful view! The instructor did a fantastic job of explaining the moves for different experience levels. My teen daughter and I would definitely do this session again with this instructor.
