Follow in the footsteps of Apostle Paul on a guided walking tour of Thessaloniki. Learn about his visits to the city and his second mission in Greece.
We will analyze his two letters to the Thessalonians and discover their historical context and significance for the Christian community of Thessaloniki and the church in general.
We will visit places that, according to tradition, Paul passed by, and hear about the different people he met here.
We are going to follow the incidents that are described in the Acts of the Apostoles as far as the Thessaloniki events are concerned but also we are going to discuss about his whole second mission that took place mainly in Greece.

5.00This was one of the best tours we did on our trip to Thessaloniki! Girogos was very knowledgeable and went through the details in Paul's letters to the Thessalonians as well as what was recorded in Acts on the tour. He also connected it to the Thessaloniki/Greek history of the time. We learned info that really helped us understand more the context/history of the time when Paul wrote his letters. Girogos also took us to some amazing spots we wouldn't have known about on our own. Highly recommend this tour if you are in Thessaloniki!
