The experience was amazing despite the weather. The length of the visit was perfect and organised incredibly would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Japan. The tour guide and driver were both incredible and very polite and outgoing, definitely made the experience what it was. Having booked for an English tour the crowd size was just right with enough people to make it feel like a crowd but not too many that it was crowded. The atmosphere at the locations and on the way to the locations was incredible and felt really inclusive, the tour guide truly made everyone feel welcomed. And Ofcourse it was very affordable and the admission fee is perfect for the service that we received.

Ayaka, our guide, was exceptional! Her energy was infectious from the start of the meet up until the very last moment of the experience. It was very windy and rainy so we couldn’t do everything on the itinerary, but it didn’t matter. Our guide made the entire process enjoyable.

Was a really good day despite heavy rain meaning we were not able to do the cable car or the boat, the amazing tour guide made everything go smoothly as if there wasn’t anything missing

We had a wonderful and great time. Our tour guide is very friendly and kind. She explained many information about the lake Ashi and the Hakone shrine during bus ride. She studies and researches very well about the sightseeing place where we visit.

The bus was comfortable and we learned so much about the history of Japan, some of the political history, and the gods and goddesses of some of the shrines. Our guide was kind and made the experience so fun! Highly recommend!

This is a serene, pleasant, well-organized and well-run tour. Even if Mt. Fuji hides behind clouds and mist, the scenery is stunning. Our guide, Anjou, did a fantastic job.

From the pickup point, the tour in route to Mt. Fuji, our guide was clear, informative, and friendly. The bus was modern, clean, and comfortable. The weather was good so we could see Fuji clearly. Our Hakone Ropeway was very modern and not overcrowded, great photo opportunities. The boat ride was beautiful although brief, our coach was waiting for us at the other end of the lake. This tour make for a great day and the ride to and back from Fuji allowed for site seeing of Tokyo. Highly recommend.
