We had a fabulous time learning how to make pizza and focaccia with a local Tuscan. I’m going home excited to try out her wonderful recipes. This experience was one of our best parts of our trip! Highly recommend!

Spending time in an Italian family’s home and seeing my children so eager to volunteer to help cook was priceless. Tania, Fabi, Ana and Granny were so cheerful and welcoming to us, even in such extreme heat! We loved everything and were so charmed. We have never had so many kinds of homemade pizza, and learning about how to properly make tiramisu - especially the pasteurization - was very helpful. All the food was delicious, the kids were proud of what they made and we just had a great time together.
