5.00Adriana was an excellent teacher and her warm, fun personality made the whole experience very memorable. She patiently helped us make the pasta dough and tiramisu, roll the dough, then make tortellini and tagliatelle -- everything was hands on and she shared many tips, so we feel confident that we can make everything at home. Then she served the food with a delicious ragu and Parmesan cream sauce on her beautiful patio filled with flowers that looks out on a large park. As if all this wasn't enough, she patiently spoke Italian with us the whole time since we are studying Italian. It was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Italy!
