It was easy to communicate with the operator. We had to rebook due to a train strike in Italy that delayed us by a day and they simply helped us without any problems, which was a relief after dealing with daily issues with actively unhelpful people earlier on our research trip.

Best driver ever! After a horrible train ride (missed trains) And severe weather our wonderful driver greeted us in the pouring rain and swept us off. He was so kind and got us to our destination safely (in lightening and thunder). So grateful to this company for getting us a very last minute driver and getting us to where we needed to go! Highly recommend!!
